NC30 front forks on my NSR and what shock can go on back?

Hello, all ive just secured myself a good NC30 front end for my NSR 21, but now that iv got the bits, im gona do the fork oil etc first, any recomendations on oil for the front forks? and should i uprate the springs? also i want to get the rear done too. Would a NC30 rear shock fit, or any other honda type, nothing wrong with mine its just im on the the heavy side and think the suspension should be beefed up a little, Cheers

get it rebuilt by K-tech in coalville for abot £70 they will make a cracking job.

ta, but i think ill take monkeys advice, and get a rebuild, ill get them to do me forks too i think.
