Are the original footrest assemblies on the NSR mc21 and MC28 the same ? I thought they were .... Can anyone tell me if there are differences , please ?

They look similar but they are not the same. The only difference that comes on mind are the slimmer heel guards on mc28 bikes.
Passenger rearsets are completely different between mc21/ 28 bikes. _________________ 2t-racelab.com

Thanks I checked the parts manual and the numbers are different - "porschewhite" was looking for some for his new MC28 - I think the ones I have are off an MC21 . _________________ MC21SP

Ah the 21/28 steps will bolt up the difference is the setback and the brake master cylinder holes are slightly different look here the tyga ones are for 21/28. notice the oval hole for the master cylinder to take 21/28 . So looking at that a set of 21 stock steps on a 28 will give 8mm back.
