Please HELP with a MC28 manufacture date

Hello everybody. I am looking to registrate a MC 28 as a historical Vehicle in Spain, but they ask for the manufacture date, and I´m not able to find a way to get it from vin number .
The VIN is MC28-1002442 Looks like a 1993-4 model.
Could anybody help me ?

Assuming it's all original, your bike would be a 1994 SE.
