It's been a few years since my last refresh. Everything is running ok but I thought it was time to sort out a few things.
The exhausts have had a soak in drain cleaner. I'm sending them off to Zircotec to get them ceramic coated

I took a pair of fairing hinges off to be replicated in titanium. I'm not sure what material they are no because they clean up well and only have a small amount of corrosion. They are held in place with alloy rivets, which had corroded and had gotten fairly soft



The heat shield has seen better days. It will be replaced by Zircotec heat shield which is very thin



This is the difference between the thin Zircotec and another brand

Hi, how much is the heat sheald from zirotec? what size roughly? thanks

A 450 x 550mm sheet should do both sides and is around £50. I comes as a self adhesive. There are 3 options of thickness. I went for the thinnest as I had my exhausts coated by them as well, which cost around £350

Just picked up the set of titanium barrel & head studs. Very pleased. Perfect copies of the originals
Also picked up stainless duplicated fairing hinges, which are superb. They look exactly the same but not corroded. Will post some pictures later

Powder coated forks. Rebuilt with new bushes & seals. Coated with Nyalic. Unfortunately I did seal in a few grease marks.
