Hi Smile

Looking to buy either a Cabin or Winners if I can find one. What is the going price and is there anything out there?

Not looking for concourse, but a decent condition standard/close to standard bike.

Cheers,
Fred

Why did he pick the MC21? It's by far the best NSR, second being the MC18.

MC16,

MC18,

MC21,

MC28,

As you would probably expct.....I disagree.....the NSR500 is better than all of them! And the MC28 is styled on the NSR500V so that has to be second best Wink although once again behind and other factory NSR! Wink.

I fear you are wrong Leigh. The NSR500V came after the '28.

Not a big fan of the 28, not sure why..

Could be tempted by a 500V as well, but unfortunately prices has gone a bit silly I hear

Anyway, what sort of price do you reckon a 21 sp cabin should go for..?

Back to the subject....any decent SP is going to cost in excess of £4250 these days...more depending on condition and model.

If you manage to find one that needs restoring (far and few between) then you may get lucky and get one cheaper, you could always just buy a red and white MC21 SE and stick some magteks and a couple of "Winners One" stickers on it, then you will have the exact same thing as a winner one anyway! A MC21 SE will cost considerably less.

Yeah, must of been. They realised their error and replaced the PGM-IV with one that worked Wink

Hi Fred
sadly the days of £3k/4k 21 sp,s are gone, Cabins are around on the dreaded, but you will struggle to find an anniversary 21 let alone find one for sale,
I have a 2500 mile Cabin for sale as good as a 23 year old motorcycle gets, message me your email and I can send you some close up pics,
jonmac

Exactly right, there is a very nice looking Pentax MC21 SP on the auction site though for £4850, about as cheap as it gets for a ready to go MC21SP these days...unless like I say you get something that needs more work, in which case by the time you have done the work and sourced any parts needed it will probably owe you more than this anyway.

Well unfortunately for me it's really the cabin I'm after. I don't know it just looks right. It's stunning!
