2t Oil 3-way connector

I have a new 3-way connector to replace this old one, but am unsure about how to do so. Will I need to bleed the system afterwards?

Oil pipe

As a matter of safety, not being an old hand though, I would bleed the oil system. If for nothing else just for 'peace of mind'. Belt and braces maybe but worthwhile in my opinion.

Im behind on the basics. To bleed the pump, I do what exactly: Open the bleed screw and... turn the throttle until there are no more bubbles? Bled brakes just never an oil pump.

EDIT: replaced it and bled the system, a bit messy but easier than i thought. hopefully it runs well

Hi
This website/Forum has a superb motor build section where you can find full details on bleeding the system. Undoing the bleed bolt and letting the oil run through should be fine...but me...sadly I'm belt braces and then another belt. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
