Hi All, I've been working hard for the last 6 months on another RS250 rep. This time a RS250R-W, Freddie's championship winning 250 from 1985, the year he did the 'double'.
Started off with a 1991 NF5, retained the motor, electrics, swingarm, wheels & suspension, replaced the 91 frame with an 88. Sourced parts from US, Europe & Japan, and then got building!
Freddie is due to ride the bike at Mallory 1000 Bikes this weekend, if I test ride it successfully at the event. I only finished the bike last night after plenty of midnight oil being burnt. It runs an sounds sweet.

That bike is a credit to you. It is beautiful and some very nice detail work there.
I saw your NX5 last year at Mallory Festival of 1000 bikes. It is gorgeous.
I must have taken around thirty pics of it!

Freddie Spencer didn't get to Mallory Park, turned back to the States at Heathrow Airport (work visa, document issues or something??)

So the bike was left in the garage, as I was already taking the MC21 & Cadalora bike to Mallory.
To say we'd worked around the clock for months getting the bike completed, it was a bit of an anti-climax.
But at least there was no chance of the brand new bike going down the road

Spencer & Cadalora bikes will be on display (and fired up) at Stafford Bike Show 'Race Paddock' in October, hopefully see some you of you there.

Nice to see you at mallory Rich it was a shame Freddie didn't make it. The Cadalora Rep looked smooth and quick out with all those yamahas. Never got chance to thank you for sneaking me into the Honda tent for a look at Joey Dunlops NF5 either, much appreciated.

Just started the Comstar wheels project. I have removed the spokes from NS400R Comstar wheels. Casting new centre hubs and having the outer rims spun.
