hey i was getting ready to sell my bike and i cleaned it.
and i washed it down with a garden hose as a part of cleaning it and i think this is what i did wrong. beacuse when i went for a short ride after all this to get ready to lube my chain i realized the speedo needle wasnt moving.

also when i was warming up the bike the light taco inbetween 4 and 7 revs was fading and when i reved it to 5k revs it lit up

any help???

thankyou in advance

Ok. Have you checked the plastic drive adaptor at the bottom of the cable is intact and not rounded off?

Not sure I understand about the light tacho. Either you need to get yourself to a Mexican food outlet, or you mean your headlights dim when the bike is revving between 4000 and 7000?
