Hi All,
Can anyone recommend an engineering company that would be able to reproduce or make up an NSR stem from a drawing or 3D model?

Any info much appreciated! Smile

You need to get yourself a little lathe... you can make as many as you want then. I woudl just look in the yellow pages and look for some engineering shops. Give them a call, most are pretty helpful and will make things from a drawing. I cant recommend anyone as i turn all my own stuff.

Are you recommending yourself Wink

I would do it myself but I'm not too sure how I'd get the bearing surfaces to be any good...

they mounted my usd front end (stem removal /replace etc)
made the caliper adapter brackets
machined the top yolk to look pretty
and made the rear sets
all for around £200 which i thought was great
also got a tour of the mss factory (next door) and 3 sets of very lightly part worns for the race bike for £80
real good to deal with too

I spoke to Mark today and he was very helpful with what I wanted to do. Think I'll pop over there soon to discuss it all.

Hey Maxim I think we discussed this last year. I too want to get a new stem made up for some USD forks I have. I might try calling them over lunch. Do you have an CAD dwg showing the size of an NSR stem?
