You need to get yourself a little lathe... you can make as many as you want then. I woudl just look in the yellow pages and look for some engineering shops. Give them a call, most are pretty helpful and will make things from a drawing. I cant recommend anyone as i turn all my own stuff. _________________ If I have to take the carbs off once more...

i used dbr racing for all that sort of stuff on my nsr they even made me a set of adjustable rearsets
they are in essex tho
they do all the work for mss kawasaki if you are interested ill dig out there number _________________ Half the strokes, twice the fun

they mounted my usd front end (stem removal /replace etc)
made the caliper adapter brackets
machined the top yolk to look pretty
and made the rear sets
all for around £200 which i thought was great
also got a tour of the mss factory (next door) and 3 sets of very lightly part worns for the race bike for £80

Hey Maxim I think we discussed this last year. I too want to get a new stem made up for some USD forks I have. I might try calling them over lunch. Do you have an CAD dwg showing the size of an NSR stem?

Hi racer, they don't make stems but I have a company I could use to do this. I'm getting a quote for making up 5 stems as well as just the one for me, so if any one is interested we could get them a lot cheaper this way I think.
