What is the NGK plug # for the front head conversion ? And do you have to run that plug or will stock work ?

Short plug and cap part numbers are listed in the 250 Tuning section, on the Ignition Tuning page.

Heat range is 10 or 10.5.

A standard plug can be used, but trimming of the V-piece fairing insert will be required for clearance.

Andy.

I know this is an old thread but since I was trying to get the part number so I could order some more, I figured I would add to the answer.

The RS250 part number could be correct, but I wanted to double check it against the plugs I have been running all year in my MC28 race bike. The NGK plugs I am using are part # NGK R5300A-105. They are about $22.00 each (much cheaper then the $36.00 RS 250 plugs).

Thanks,

Are we saying that there isn't the clearance to run the regular plug and cap with a central front head?
I'm wondering if the 300 has the same clearance?
