Hi guys and gals, name's Mike.

I thought I'd join the forum because I want to learn as much as possible about the NSR's seeing as how I'd like to import one and hopefully get it road legal here in the states.

We pretty much stopped getting 2-stroke road bikes here in the early 80's so we never got your TZR's, RGV's, or NSR's and it doesn't help that everybody over here has the bigger is better attitude.

but yeah glad to join the forum.

Welcome Nightfall. There are a few other Yanks on this forum. There are a few more of these bikes in the States then you would think. check the link for a 2-stroke show out here in California last weekend. There are links to some pictures in this topic thread.

Hi Mike, and welcome!

As Steve says, there are a lot of NSR's in the States, many of which are in CA, but I know of several in Florida... a couple of which I have tinkered with! (Probably long blown up by now in that case! Laughing)

Where are you in FL? On second thoughts, don't tell me, as it will only depress me! Smile

Welcome to the forum mate, hopefully you'll be tinkering on a NSR rather than just reading posts on the forum Cool

Have you got a particular model in mind?
