Compatibility of parts MC18 R2j & R5k

Can anyone help, I am sourcing some spare parts for my R2j and have located some for an R5k model. They look pretty close as far as digi photo's go.
Any issues?

Parts:-
Left hand footrest hanger & gearchange
Rad header tank
Rear seat
Rear seat clasp / lock
Carb balancer
few other bits.......

Hmmm, thought you'd have had a few replies here!

I've only got an MC21 so can't be of much help, but I would expect the footrest and header tank to go straight on.

Anyone help with the other stuff?

Thanks for the info Dave, looks like this bike's going to take pleanty of sorting!!
It appears it is an R2j that has been raced (not a problem) but then put back as a road bike with different bits and pieces of other models.

I'm going to go to Donnington next weekend for the Jap autojumble (anyone been before? any good for grey imports?) see if I can pick up some parts and hopefully sus out the differences.
