MC28 SP Parts 4 sale - South Africa --- (Feedback)

Don't want to just go and put those concerned out there on blast like that. But if you are planning to do business with Mario, it might be worth a look if you have any concerns about the transaction comming off well. I will go as far as to say that I can no longer support Tyga(as a whole) in any form. A statement I don't take lightly.

PM or email for additional info. (emails from those involved, no extra comments from me.... Just what was writen back and forth.)

Hmmm, not wishing to get dragged into this but if anyone wishes to hear the other side, more than happy to provide them with full email correspondence with Dan. However, I'd appreciate it if you could give me a few days to get back to you because have some very important (yes even more than NSRs) personal business to attend to in the UK. My mother has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and it is my last opportunity to spend some time with her and I really can't be dealing with the likes of Dan.
I have never had the misfortune to deal with a more heartless uncaring person in my ten years of business. Sorry to get personal but I think I have a right to given the circumstances.

I'd like to think our reputation is pretty solid and all I can say is Mario is a great guy to do business with too.

Thank you for participating Paul, I Do want the whole story to be "Transparent"

Quite a strong charactorization of someone who, although they, (i), have things to post that I believe are damageing, tryed to do it in a very careful and considerate manner.... Not just put you out there on "BLAST"

I see you have no such reservations. ( It is the type of thing I have (sadly) come to expect)

Please note that I was informed by Paul of this News on 6/6/2008 @ 12:30 am. Paul, are you saying that I am a heartless uncaring person for trying to buy a set of forks? I don't understand......

Anyway, I will start sending emails to those who have PM'd me their email addresses now. Regards Dan

Dan, is this the correct place to be trying to rubbish somebody's reputation?
I don't know the story and I wouldn't wish to. Reading a bunch of e-mails, which may be out of context and not knowing the before or after story, would not sway me to believe that Paul or Matt would be anything but professional. If it was my business being discredited, I would contact my lawyer's US office immediately.
I am surprised this type of post is allowed to continue.
Your posts read to me as threats; I'm sure you were expecting Tyga to respond, before you replied to one of the thousand e-mails you have received. I would 'grow up' a little and I am sure the matter will be resolved.

Could you also 'spell check' your posts; lack of education is no excuse for ignorance.

Thank you for joining us David.

Well, at least it's easy to see where you stand. Laughing
And if you did read the emails you would see that I am not "rubbishing" anyone's reputation.... Simply posting what occurred (FROM THE BEGINING TO THE END, IN THE ORDER IT HAPPENED - NOTHING EDITED, NOTHING DELETED, NOTHING CHANGED, NO BAD INTENTIONS, --- Just a feeling of responsiblity to those here who have helped me in the past, A sense that before they buy expensive parts, they MAY, and therefore should have the oppertunity to KNOW THE TRUTH. No more no less...

Why are you sooo afriad to have the truth in black and white. (Mario and Paul have a copy of each email that was sent too... If I am lying about this it will become obvious and I will be disgraced , my word will mean nothing, so what are you scared of,,,, I might be right? Shocked I encourage the emails to be read by those who plan on doing business with these individuals if they have any concerns about how it will turn out.

It is feedback on a transaction that went to pot. That is why is MUST be aloud to continue.

I invite any litigation, (it won't come) For a case of slander to be successfully argued in court, THE "SLANDER" MUST BE A FALSEHOOD THAT DAMAGES SOMEONE'S REPUTATION....
THERE IS NO SLANDER WHERE THE "FACTS" OR "STORY" IS TRUE. IF ANYONE'S REP IS HURT, IT WILL BE BY THEIR OWN HAND.

If you give me your email David I could send you what I have and then you would , at least, be argueing from a more informed position. And if my ignorance , lack of education or what have you.... Causes you not to be able to understand what the intent of the sentance I have spelled is, let me know and I will give you the translation. Regards Dan

Wow. Looking hard for a way to burry this before anyone else gets the facts.

I have read rule #2 also, here it is:
2. Please refrain from trashing of companies and/or individuals.

I have done neither, nor do I intend to. Simply post emails that where not coerced, if someone looks bad its on them, Just as if this makes me look bad I am willing to stand behind what I wrote.

And for all those who are thinking this was a private conversation, where the other parties had no idea that there emails would be posted publicly.... WRONG..... I mentioned that I would post feeback, good or bad,(I had hoped good) for this transaction and did it nearly from the start. Did this change anything? Nope.

Dan,

I was trying to make you see some sense before the whole thing gets out of hand.
This website is a valuable tool for all NSR people and I wouldn't like to see everybody falling out over a bunch of e-mails.
I was commenting on what I would do, in a similar situation (I am mad though and not in the bike business). This website has rules to protect the owners and to make it a 'pleasant' place to visit.
LIBEL laws in the UK are different than the States; the website owners are also responsible for any mis-information that has not been prior investigated.
I'm sure Paul and Matt are not appreciating my interference so this will be my last post on the subject.
None of my comments were intended to be insulting; you didn't take the bait as much as I expected.
I do wish you all the best and hope everything will be resolved.
My stance on Tyga is very easy to see; if they are damaged so is the future for my bikes. I chose my bikes over my wife - she then left.
Seriously though, they are both honest guys and Paul is going through a tough time; this is the last thing he needs to be worrying about.
Please don't send me the e-mails; it would ruin my Karma.

You take it easy and have a good night. (tham dee dai dee)

best regards - David.

Paul, Matt - sorry for interfering; sometimes I cannot stay quiet.

Since this topic is important to me , I will try to answer or reply to every post that is aimed at me. For those who can " identify " the red herring and wish to just have it in black and white without my or anyone else's opinion, please pm me your email address. I am currently figuring a way to post the emails in total , in a place it can be viewed without giving me your email.

OK, here we go...

Still trying to kill it huh... These quotes are all from David

There is NO mis - information. How could there be when its a collection of (unedited) emails, If you bothered reading them, instead of trying to prevent others from seeing them, you would see what I say is true. Or maybe you would disagree but you wouldn't have to guess about what you are trying to talk about.

If you say so David???

Thank you , I believe it is resolved. I really wish you would take the oppertunity to read it. Because if the type of "Service" that I received is typical of Tyga's customer service, you would likely be better off if they where gone. (IMHO)

Please don't send me the e-mails; it would ruin my Karma

No Sir, not a chance unless you request them. Not looking to put anyone out there like that.

OK, I've just got home to see a huge thread, and not yet had time to read it.

If this concerns a transaction made through NSR-WORLD, then I MUST be at least informed about it, else doing dirty laundry here will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The only people that have a truly free voice on here are ME and CGALLANT, and I've even bollocked Charles before!!

For the mean time, this thread is locked. I don't have time to get into personal wranglings of a deal that may have gone sour, and will not waste precious time investigating something that frankly has nothing, as far as I am aware, to do with me, Charles or NSR-WORLD.COM/nsr250.net.

It is fair enough to post you are unhappy with an experience with a supplier, but ALL correspondence between those involved should remain private, and it should be resolved as a private matter. An unhappy post is just that. It's not a flame or long-winded continual slagging off, and shouldn't need to be any longer than a few lines to say it.

Once I have read this whole thread, I will then confer with Charles and the other moderators to decide whether it should stay as it stands, or whether we will decide to "move" it to our "Support" forum, where all removed posts are kept for legal reasons.

DO NOT TRY TO TURN THIS FORUM INTO 400GREYBIKE... you will find a size 9 up your ass faster than you can say "What the f**k?!", and will be looking for a new forum owner to piss off.
