i thought it was about time i put the sp in the build section but been quiet for a while because waiting for parts and waiting to have parts made.still got some good plans for it that i think you will all like and the latest parts are the johnson cans(my carbon fetish again) and some parts off to nk racing on june third so have more updates after then http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj53/barmysi/sipics474.jpghttp://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj53/barmysi/sipics-1.jpg _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
hi mate your bike looks excellent and the cans are slip on im taking them to nk racing next week with my dogfight chambers to be converted to slip on with springs like the gp 250s as my dog fights use 3 bolts at the mo _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
i got them off a bloke on the rgv site that had the johnsons on his bike so try putting a wanted advert on there thats what i tried because there the boys that snapped them up.the only cans ive seen still made that look as good as the johnsons are the samba cans that ian e has but they are £200 a can _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
taken some parts to nigel at nk racing im having the swingarm gap on left side filled in like the last of the nsr 500s and the carbon toeguard at last and the underslung rear caliper bracket.nigels also able to fit the johnsons like the 250 gp bikes as in on springs and also making the spindle to fit my marchesini front wheel so lots to do still and may get the forks off to reactive next week to be sorted and nitrate coated after andys arm bending _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
next on my list of things needed are disks to fit the marchesini wheel and they will be as big as the front wheel on a penny farthin because the only disks that you can get cheapish are off the rsvr 1000 and their 320mm so the nsr will be over braked (as in i go over the bars and break summat) _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
ive rung gareth at reactive suspension(01904 491188) and taking the forks down to be sorted and nitrate coated next week so by the time their done nigel should have done the swingarm so will be able to put her back together then take back to nigel to have exhausts done and few other brackets made and fit the marchesini wheel and the stuff from jamie will hopefully arrive(hes just waiting for my carbon hugger to be made) then can finaly fit the bodywork properly and get the graphic measurments and vinyl to andy(sorry for the wait mate) _________________ ive seen more tarts than mr kipling
