i found these pics and i like it and if hadnt got the rsw fairing for sp project i would have been tempted to do it but with race fairing and if i ever finish the project i might put one on my other sp in fact ill wait till my mate drops his cbr then get fairing off him cheap Very Happy

looks good,

do you know if any work had to be done to the fairings to make them fit? What year CBR did they come off?

The second pic from an angle doesnt look to bad but the side on one it looks to big.

Amazing how the bike from two different angles can look so different!

Definitely NOT my cup of tea, but the image from the left (side-stand) side of the bike looks OK, whereas the close-up of the clutch side just looks so wrong!

It's certainly not a 2-stroke shape though in my opinion, but the headlights work for an RSW style fairing.

I remember seeing some pics from a chinese website a couple years ago with the body work like this. It's made to resemble CBR600RR body work, but it's actually made for the NSR250 bike.

kind of gives it an updated look, which some people go for. TYGA did a lot fo building of their business around that whole concept.

I tail looks Ok but I dont think the nose/headlights suit's the look of the bike.

Perhaps it would look better painted?
I think the CBR600 & 1000 look the best of the modern sports bikes.
This just doesn`t look as neat, maybe because the exhausts are on show.
Original bodywork is the best so far, in my opinion!

im glad im sticking with my rsw version then Laughing i thought id put pic up to see what reaction it would get and glad i didnt put one on and my japanese is pretty rubbish but think its a genuine 04 cbr fairing made to fit
