steering damper bolt size.

anybody know the bolt thread pitch/size for the steering damper mount on the frame of an MC21? did a search and found nothing. Bike's in bits so I can't take it to the shop :-)

Think it's an M10. Try one and see. Depth shouldn't be an issue as I think the hole goes all the way through the frame doesn't it?

i removed mine this morning and its 8 mm with a 1.25 pitch and as dave said the hole goes into the frame so length is not important mine is 50 mm long
