Parts help!

Mon Jun 18, 2007 7:34 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi,

I'm after a bit of advice - my Dad has just bought an MC21 in need of a fair bit of TLC. It looks like it's been loved for some of it's life, but recently it's been used as a spares donor for a race bike, so there's a few bits missing as well as needing a top-end rebuild.

He used Apex Leisure to get parts for the MC18's he's had before - but they seem to have stopped trading at the moment. Is there anyone in the UK that sells parts? He's also in need of a second-hand right footrest hanger with a master cylinder and pedal - does anyone have one they'd wish to part with?

Cheers

Chris

Most parts can be ordered through this site directly, or TYGA, links on this site also. Failing that, BAT Motorcycles in Biggin Jill, Kent, have been dealing with NSR's for about 20 years and can source parts if not in stock within the week usually.

Like Fontyyy says, use the part manual section on this site, get the part number, then ring any Honda dealer and they should be able to get the parts in 2-3 days. Works for me.

Cheers guys, I didn't realise UK dealers could do that - my local dealer told me they would have nothing to do with Jap imports. I'll try somewhere good, then.
