..always wanted one now i have one,but after getting used to my 916sp i thought it was very slow.....until i remembered how to ride a 2 stroke..THRASH IT HARD Twisted Evil ....Its so funny having to drop like 4 gears to overtake..LOL

BUT i was a little surprised when i saw a headlight approach me to signal a race (on a private A-Road Embarassed ) i went flat out hitting 125mph indicated overtaking obstacles and trying to aviod oncomming obstacles LOL....only to find out a 996 Duke could not pass me..he was shocked!...so was i..and i own a 916sp remember..chalk and cheese but both AWESOME Very Happy

Yes ..keep it in the powerband and many riders on larger newer mounts will be taken by surprise.

Thats the thing i love about 2-strokes everyone looks at the cc (maybe thats why i like 125's) but with a lil tuning and expereince they fly.

in the 2 months i was riding my nsr befor the crash i took my mate up on his "theres no way that will pass my CBR600f1" and passed him on the first corner i got a chance to open up on (living in wales samll bikes rule lol). a couple of big bikes that overtook me in a 30 limit, altho my ex girlfreinds stepdad left me for dust on a vfr400 nc21.

Just dont like having to watch the temprature gauge on the smokers with your hand hovering over the clutch incase it decides to melt. Smile
