Help please.

Sun May 27, 2007 1:49 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Well guys, finally took delivery of the NSR last week. The former owner had started a Tyga 300 kit and passed away before he could finish. I purchased it from a family friend. Anyway. I now have this bike sitting here and no manual. It's a 92 MC21. The motor is in the frame, but that's about it. I have no idea how the radiator hoses are supposed to be routed, I see a wire with a round eyelet coming from the wire harness on the left side near the cylinder head, and I could use some help. I really wanted to make this bike run this weekend. The bike is a SP, with a R motor in it now. I also want to put the SP clutch back on the bike as I have both motors. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

This site has the wire diagram
http://www.nsr-world.com/workshop/wiring/mc21/mc21-harness-stock.htm
and a partsmanual, that should get you started.

I think its a rather broad question you are asking how to build a NSR ;o)). Not easy to answer, maybe try a few concrete questions at a time.

Sorry, didn't realize I was asking how to rebuild an NSR. I thought I was asking about hose routing, a ground wire, and insight on install of a dry clutch. The hose routing I've figured out, the ground wire went to the thermostat housing. But, thanks for the constructive response.Smile
