English manual for MC16 and 88 MC18

FWIW, I managed to get my hands on a translated copy of the honda manual for NSR250R and NSR250R-j-sp(1988 MC18?). Its in pdf format, appears to be the real thing but the pictures are poor quality. Its a big file so....if you're interested need to figure out how to get it to you.

why don't you upload it to one of those free file hosting servers so that we could all download it ? I'm sure most of the ppl in this forum will find it usefull. Very Happy

Well I only used it a couple of times and had no problems www.filefront.com
1 giga free space and they give you an address like http://hosted.filefront.com/canuck13. everyone who gets to this address will see all the files you uploaded.

Fenton has offered to provide the manual on his site. I've sent it to him this morning. I'll also try the file front. Once its there I'll let people know. Just a warning, its a pdf of a photocopy so the photos are pretty crap, but used with the exploded views/diagrams on this site it works out ok.

Just downloaded the file, was going to print it off and put in an A4 ring binder. 369PAGES Shocked

I know this manual is for the MC16, does anyone have the MC21 R Manual in english? Would be very useful to alot of us here in the States. Thanks!

We're still working on the complete NSR250 (MC16~MC28) English Service Manual at the moment.

Unfortunately a rather large amount of data was lost when a laptop containing somthing like the first 8 chapters was stolen from a co-translator about 6 months ago. Sad

A work in (long term) progress I'm afraid.
