LOL i remember when i used to hav an old bike - it was a 30 year old honda cl90 (i used it as a paddock basher) went ok for 120 dollars!!!! and it couldnt take of up hill in the paddock (road gearing lol) - anyway its where i got my toes wet for motorbike riding.

Next was a kx125 (very old - 1987) - man it was a rocket - in sixth. throttle nearly fullopen and i was going 130km/h up hill on the gravel road!!! It had a wiseco piston so i think that might have helped.

After that i got a CRF 230 F (Brand new)- it was a come what reduced version of the CRF250 but i loved the engine - in fact it was long stroke (55 x 60 i think) so it had emense torque, you could short shift the crap out of it and u can ride it in 3rd all day long, no matter what hill you go up - the bike was almost impossible to stall with that torque.

Now, after i sold it, i dont have a bike my parents brought a atv for the farm but thats not enough fun (dont get me wrong, you can take it anywhere a motor bike will, just not as fast) the Quad was a brand new honda TRX 350 FM (4x4).

It is insane to use on a gravel road. If you find a nice smooth "Blunt turn" enter it with speed, flick the handlebars the way you want to go to set it into a skid (yes its very easy on gravel raods) then once you over steer compensate with under steer - this is so fun because you (if the right movements are done) end up drifting around the corner.

Looks awesome - then once your heading off , look back to see the HUGE dust cloud.

Anyway, thats enough of me.

LOL at the monkey picture Very Happy

PS - now i actually want that old bike back becuase of how much fun i had on it!!!
