Spring Track Day & Dyno Day...

Wed Mar 08, 2006 11:53 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

It's back! Or at least it will be!! The NSR-WORLD Spring Track Day and Dyno Day!

We are considering Easter weekend and Mayday weekend, so who's doing what, and when?!

We want a Bank Holiday weekend if possible, as this gives a 2 day window for a ride-out on the Sunday or Monday, if the weather isn't 100%!

A southern circuit will be the venue for the track day, most likely Llandow again as it's both 2-stroke and noise friendly, and half way to Plymouth (where the dyno day and ride out will be) for many people.

More details to follow, but please post your intentions and thoughts here so we can start getting everything sorted.

And yes, there will be evening entertainment again guys!! Wink

One later in the year too Monkey?

I won't ride as my bike won't be ready, but I will turn up and take a bunch of photos and hand out lots of banter!

Holy sh*t, I'm actually free on both those dates! Easter would be better for me, although the biatch isn't road legal right now, so i'd just do the dyno blow up and evenings... but could trailer another bike down wioth mine if anyone near me is interested??

Dave, providing we can get my '28 running and Monkey can't attend I'll bring the RVF for the trackday/rideout as well, you're welcome to use either and the diesel will give Andy something else to bitch about other than overtaking too close and riding too fast Cool

The RVF should be running an HRC cdi and JHA twin shotgun sytem by then, Steve reckons power could be in the region of 70 bhp......

I don't think the riding too fast was an issue, was it?! Smile I just won't do it in the 30's and 40's.
