He loves them really!

It'd be a brave man to ride an NSR in that temp, below freezing all day.
Especially one like mine with the front cylinder currently sitting on Andy's desk.

Good pics, looks like you had a really nice ride. Was the sun blindingly low? Always find that's the worst thing about riding in winter.

From top left to right;
A6 Buxton to Bakewell 1/2 a mile after the dual carriageway.
A6 Bakewell to Buxton about a mile outside of Bakewell.
A6 Bakewell to Buxton about 4 miles outside of Bakewell.

Bottom left to right

Other side of the same road 200 yards and about 5 mins later!!
A6020 towards Chatsworth House, Billy we did this road the other way then turned off into Bakewell.
A5012 Cromford to Biggin.

You can pick them out here
All taken on Saturday, the sun wasn't too bad, the dark visor was out though.

Well, just keeping the tradition going - just like another cylinder sat idle somewhere that could've been put to good use a few months ago... Dave! Wink

It is being put to a good use. It's screwed to my crankcase and head keeping the crap out of the enigne! If it was in perfect condition I'd fix it on properly, but I'm scared that the marks on it will wreck my piston, so chicken to finish off the rebuild. When I have moved and have spare cash I'll sort it, but if it's needed in the mean time do let me know.

I won't send it back of course, but at least I'll have a new friend! Laughing

I'd have thought not.........I'm slightly surprised Andy has tolerated this so far, then again it is a pretty gallery, no one in their right mind would have ridden a 250 round Derbyshire on Saturday and it was started by moderater.

A drivel thread about snow, pretty countryside, nice Peak District twisties, bit's of NSRs lying around etc will probably be allowed to slide, open discussion on the best paintjob to adorn a diesel will quicky have Andy reaching for the thread lock.
