found out this morning it was the battery at fault just put a fresh one in and it seems ok

John one other thought... When i bought my nsr i had a similar problem, it would work some times and not others, Take the switch apart and clean it out, spray some wd40 in there and work it back n forth, Mines all ok now!!!! of course if it was just the battery skip this, ignor me and go get a pint LOL
