Hey Frank. A huge well done from all here at TYGA.

You didn't win because you've got a 250 two stroke. They couldn't possibly have let that happen!

PB have been on to us for a full run down 'cos they're so impressed with the bike.

to be fair mate I have bought the last few issues and they pretty much do, gone are the days of the latest 600/1000 tests and it has been replaced with good stuff, ok its not all 2T but pretty much every issue there is something even if it that bleedin KR1S again.

anyway....well done on getting second mate, when i was looking at the competitors for the competition i thought that Moriwaki would win, shame though.

Well done Frank!

We should've asked Sean to get the RGV boys on side too, even though it would've been a Honda they were voting for, it would've at least been a 2T! I believe Sean voted for you though anyway.

Look forward to seeing you and the bike (and everyone else) at some events later in the year.

thanks chaps the support has been impressive .I will definitely be up for some meets this year. The big ride out for me locally is the London to Hastings on May day.It would be great to have a NSR gang rolling down the A21.This is a huge day that attracts alot of people from the south east and London.I could no doubt put some people up.Any thoughts?

Well, thanks to the RGV boys too, and welcome "awood"!! Smile

Shame you never had a little more notice for the photoshoot last Wednesday Frank, else maybe we could've got a few more tricked NSR's along for some moral support and to try and capture PB's imagination a bit more.

I think you should've won personally! Not because it is an NSR, or even because it is a 2-stroke, but because just how many bikes like that Kawasaki have already been built, featured, or already won specials competitions over the last 20 years! It's hardly an original project bike is it?!

It's not often you see not only a replica of a current 250GP bike on the road, but one that someone has put so much time and effort into rather than just bolting bits up to it! Things like the way the frame and swingarm aren't simply polished like the recent fad, but are toned back down to a satin "brushed" type finish - superb!

It'll be nice if PB can be persuaded to come along to one of the 2-stroke days like they promised last year!

Plans are already afoot for another "weekend" in the spring like the first Track Day/Dyno Day/Rideout (but maybe a little later than last year in the hope of fairer weather!) so who knows! Smile
