Hello everyone,

Did anyone else go to the Bsb round at Brands on Sunday? Brands is such an amazing track for a spectator,it would be fantastic to have Moto GP there!
It was a great day, the weather was superb and the racing wicked although it wasn't quite complete as I didn't manage to have the obligatory greasy burger!!!!
I even managed to catch a glipmse of Shakey Burn, I didn't think it was a good look to queue for an hour just to chat to a bloke that I don't even know but thought I would barge through for a close up piccy Very Happy I actually wanted to ask him to pass on my number to Max Biaggi but thought he might be offended Laughing Laughing Laughing What is his first name, is it Shane?

Toni. Very Happy

Anyone who pulls a five mile wheelie including stopping for traffic lights Shocked is cool in my book.

From magazine tester to Moto GP rider in 3-4 years has got to be respected. Go Shakey

Yeeeeeeeeeears ago, i was at the Fast Bikes members party at The Sports Cafe in London. It also happened to be my (then) GFs 21st birthday. I met Jezza McWilliams in the gents (not like that :/), and we were chatting for ages (probably the alcohol talking). Anyway, he was a top top bloke. Came out to see my GF to wish her a happy birthday.

Jamie Whitham's another nice bloke to chat to.

Now you've got me started...i also won some VIP WSB passes a few years back with MCN. Took the same ex-GF & were VIP guests of the Corona Suzuki WSS team. Was allowed anywhere & met absolutely everyone, from miserable Foggy to Troy Corser (who was after a job after being sacked from Yamaha GP ride). At one point i was sat drinking Corona talking to Scott Smart, Keith Hewen & Suzi Perry Laughing

Nowadays i can't even affored to go Rolling Eyes Very Happy

I feel a bit gutted I didn't take the time to queue up now as everyone has said what a top man he is....I will know for next time.
Monkey I would like the Moto GP to be both at Brands and Donnington, obviously will never ever happen but I can still hope Very Happy
I haven't really managed to bump into many famous riders at events.
I can only boast I was walking behind Murray Walker at the Bsb round at Thruxton,He's is so tiny!!!!!!
Also saw John Reynolds and Taddy oKada extremely close up!!!!!
I think I would be quite sad and get a little star struck if I saw the big time riders.
Would be good to see Shakey in WSB although feel a bit gutted he can't get a more competative ride in Moto gp. He didn't have long enough on the Camel Honda to prove too much. Will be interesting to see Vermuelen on it though. Very Happy

He is a quality rider but I personally think perhaps they should let riders have a bit more time to develop before going into the GP class unless of course you have come through the 125 or 250 side of things. I think he should stay in wsb win the title and then think of moving across, then what do I know I'm only a girl Laughing Laughing
Oh yeah and have surgery on his moley moley moley
No offence intended to those with large facial moles. Laughing
