Oil coming out of my bottom cylinder

I've got a little oil coming out of the top of the bottom cylinder where the spark plug sits, its a tiny amount but the spark plugs a little dirty when taken out, any suggestions? it also idles quite badly when warmed up but okay when cold is this just some strange 2 stroke quirk?
