Can anyone identify this cylinder

I bought a spare new barrel recently, but have noticed it has less porting on the underside. Could anyone confirm what model it's for. I'll probably sell it if it's not suitable

The cylinder at the top of each picture is from an MC18 2J. The top picture shows a pair of ports missing to my MC18 cylinder

Those "extra ports" don't lead anywhere. Nothing to worry about.
