Wed Feb 02, 2005 9:16 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

while trying to solve the problem of my coolant leak wich i have not solved yet i got my bike stripped down then thought "wonder what oven ckeaner is like at removing the paint of chassis and swing arm for polishing" it worked like a bloody charm three days later my bike is almost completly polished to a mirror finish and looking bloody great have to post up some pics in www.bikepics.com when i get hold of a digital camera, heaps easier than sanding aswell just gotta use a bit more autosol, all up i reakon about 6 hours at the most of working on it.

if you got the TYGA Stainless steel chambers, they polish up real nice, with little effort. Get some mothers mag polish, and a rag, and it will take about ten minutes total. Makes them look 100% then what TYGA sends them as.

Thanks
