MC21sp for sale on ebay £1650 to buy it now.

Doesn't appear to be a true SP. The bodywork is mismatched too, but looks a clean bike for the right money.

I recommend a close viewing before purchase (Monkey!!).

yes nice bike,if only i had the spare cash .It doesnt say if it registered in this country and as it has no number plate or mot i dont think it is .

i ve emailed him asking about the sp bit (dry clutch/magteks/forks)
cant see no remote reservior for the rear shock

a friend of mines looking for a 250 so may go have a look

i was just testing the water to see if it had a reserve on it...it did

i e.mailed him aswell and asked if it had all the sp stuff even told him how to check the wheels........funny i havent had a reply, hope knowbody gets suckered by this.

I wouldn't say the seller is necessarily trying to sucker anyone - I'm just warning anyone thinking about bidding not to get carried away without checking the bike out first.

It looks clean enough, but you wouldn't want to pay more than £800-1000 for an unseen bike, just in case it needs £500-700 worth of parts to get it running/make it up to SE spec!

The last thing I want to see is someone getting caught up in a deal similar to that of the Canadian guys last year.

fair enough, was a bit harsh, guess i am a bit jaded as i bought mine with a knackered /bodged crank

just got a reply from the seller, has jap docs and age cert. but is not moted and registered, has race pipes and does not know what else has been done to it. trader. see it first.

i explained to him in an e mail how to check the wheels etc to tell if it is an sp or not, had an e mail yesterday to say he will check but had no reply since

he must know by now its not an SP, and hes not changed the details. i think you hit the nail on the head monkey.
