Wed Dec 29, 2004 9:05 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hey guys, I'm looking for a phone number to HARC-Pro so I can order an HRC 030 card for an mc28. I've talked with tsrworldwide and they stated it would be the end of janurary before a card could be here. Or any help or willingness from anyone with a better idea would be great...and thanks. Anticipation...its makin' me wait(hehe) Smile

Oh, and by the way, when I took the PGM face off, there are 2 different numbers...one that begins with the letter "C", and 4 numbers. And the other that begins with "No." and 4 numbers. Which one is the code for the bike to match the HRC card?? Thanks Cliff

Your probably not going to get one any quicker. The sooner you order the faster it will come. I know your excited and find it hard to wait, but I don't think you will have much of a choice.

Everytime I ordered from Harc Pro when I was in Japan, it took about 6 weeks. Sorry, it is not the supplier that is slow, it is Honda. All suppliers order their cards from Honda (they have to be coded to the PGM from the factory) and the delivery time completely relies on Honda's schedule.

The fastest you are going to get one is by contacting someone in Japan who lives near Harc Pro and also has access to a US Mail system (any US military base in Japan, very cheap shipping for the US guys). Alot of military guys here: www.gaijinriders.com .

There are no other reliable sources I know about. I know Jamie had problems ordering his card (he lives in Japan) and ended up getting it from Harc Pro. I am not sure, but I think he originally tried to order from TSR and it never came in.

Wrench...I did exactly that....Rich from gaijin riders is willing to go to Harc Pro and, through paypal, we'll work out the details and $. I think I'll order 2 cards at this rate. I signed up with Gaijin, at your suggestion (THANKS THANKS) and Rich responded almost immeadiately. Thanks very much for the advice. I will keep everyone informed.

The other starts with "No." and four numbers....WHICH IS THE CODE THAT HARC PRO WILL NEED???? I don't want to go through all the trouble and get THIS wrong...thanks again. Cliff in Florida

Harc will require a couple of things to make this go smoothly.

First they'll need the box code. This is the No. XXXXX.
They'll also need your name and address. Obvious this one, but many people do actually forget!
Also your engine and frame number for machine verification
The name of your race team and country of participation. (make it up!)
They may also want a copy of your race license or driving license.

Supply as much as you can think of and you shouldn't have too many troubles.

Expect 4~6 weeks delivery from time of payment.

I got mine from HARC-PRO a few months ago (I live in Japan). They said it would take less than 3 weeks and it did. Just. They did not need anything other than the 5-digit PGM code, and the address to send it to, plus payment transferred to their bank. Did the whole thing by E-mail in English.

Looks like HRC have relaxed their policy somewhat then. That's a good thing for all!
