Basically you can't get 030 cards any longer, HRC have stopped coding them to PGM's, no one else does it.

You now have three options for a full power mc28;

1; Get hold of a second hand PGM-IV and matching 030 card, a PGM-IV with just an 030 card will go for anything from £100-£300, one with an 030 and a stock Honda card will be more. The one with two stock and one 030 card went for £384 in Japan.

2; Try this guy in Japan.

3; Ditch the PGM-IV and use a PGM-II or PGM-III, downers here are you need more bits than you think (wireing loom, flywheel, fork yoke, ign barrel, possibly rear subframe) and you lose the digital dash/smartcard.
