Okay,

Here is what I have done. Due to abuse by Non Registered users posting commercial (and sometime non motorcycle) related posts in classifieds, as well as trolling in the discussion forum, I have changed the permissions on the NSR-WORLD forums.

View/Read is open to all!
Post/Reply is open to registered users only!

During the registration process, you must use a valid email, as you will need to confirm registration via a URL sent to your email address.

Sorry for the unconvinced, but the board has been receiving spam posts, and this is the only way we can cut down on it, and track users that do post spam posts.

We will revisit this policy in the future, and possible set it back to open to the public without registration.
