5.5 Inch Rear Wheel

Hi All
I want to run a 5.5 inch rear wheel on my MC21 (as per 2002 RS250). If so, what size tyre would work best? Honda RS spec is a 165/55 R17. Has anyone done this conversion? Any advice please.
