Please read the Tuning section of the Main Site. The carburetion section includes information about fitting the HRC jet kit, and some ideas regarding basic setup.

An HRC card and a set of expansion chambers is a HUGE modification on the heavily restricted MC28. It is extremely important that the bike is properly set up on a dyno by a good 2-stroke tuner to make the most of the changes.

Jetting specific to any one person's setup is not allowed on the Free Forum.

You'll struggle to get a jet kit these days and you need the HRC emulsion tubes to go with the HRC needles.

But the needles are not your concern, they're just for fine tuning, it's the main jet that stands a good chance of being too small;

Stock NSR250 mc28 - 40bhp on the dot
Modded NSR250 mc28, HRC card, race pipes, maybe a couple of holes in the airbox - 60+ bhp

That is a huge amount, 50+% extra power and I don't know anybody who's run one without the full HRC jet kit.

Try www.jap4performance.com/hondaNSR250.html#mc28
Gavin may still have the jet kits in stock.
