1989 HRC TT-F3 kitted MC18.

HRC F3 crankcases
HRC F3 crank/pistons
HRC F3 heads (can't tell about the barrels from the pictures, but almost certainly HRC)
HRC F3 stator/flywheel
HRC F3 frame (possibly kitted, but most likely HRC)
HRC F3 rear shock
HRC RS250 radiator
