Hi GrantA...

This shock is suitable for the MC28 and MC21 model...

No, this shock isn't adjustable in hight but it can be done if you buy from Technoflex a part that cost around 30 GBP...

This shock comes with a high and low speed compression damping. Rebound damping and spring pre-load adjust...The reservoir is connected with a steel hose wrapped in a carbon cover...
