My NSR250 pgm III won't start!!

hello everyone,

i just bought an NSR250 and it won't start!! Also what kind of oil should i use for transmission?

where should i try to figure out the problem first?

i got gas, oil, engine oil, transmission oil, new break oil and radiator fluid in it, fresh battery and i tried the choke too.

On the right hand side there's a kinda bent piece of metal rod. You swing this away from the bike and then press it downwards with your foot as fast as you can... Laughing
