Ughhh, what did I get myself into this time? Ive seen better looking bikes in salvage yards! But it's a project and it's only time (oh and Money?)...

So time to dig in.

Someone certainly got their money's worth out of that front tyre.

All the important stuff looks straight though. She might come up alright after a thorough strip and clean.

rear brake caliper is seized closed... makes pushing it around a bitch, as does the flat tires...

I have a spare set of RS250 body work, but I think I have a lot of work to do before even thinking about how that will look.
