Hi, I am not sure what PM means. Sorry. I have a 1989 MC18 that has a PGM- CDI that does not have the black/blue wire to splice for delimiting. Do you have any idea how to derestrict this bike? rkeithbennett@att.net is my email. thanks, Keith
