One thing I will say, is that the front wheel is seriously close to the belly pan.

Are you going to run the RVF forks up through the clamps a little to give a bit more clearance for the front wheel? How long are the RVF forks compared to the NSR's?

I would be inclined to try and get that fairing another 20mm back towards the rear wheel (even if it means trimming it around the wheel a bit more) and maybe even cutting a small hole in the bottom to allow the pipes to poke through so you can gain a little more ground clearance.

I've hacked a huge amount out of the bottom of my Chinese armour plating to get it raised as high as possible -- well, to get it to nearly fit actually, and it's made a big difference, especially as I like to run with quite a steep steering angle too. My front wheel has still touched the fairing though.

I found with the normal rs250 nxa bodywork using the existing fairing mount hole onto the lower of the two fNSR fairing mounts was too low and too close to the front, drilling one for th upper mount was I found better.

well you could always put NSR fairings on an RS and see how long it takes before they realize it's not an NSR and protest you Smile
