andy,

if you need a paper weight let me know. I got two of them on the work bench. One with a missing big end bearing on the upper side and the other with flattened big end bearings on the lower side. Just pay for shipping and you can hold all those manuals down Smile

The third one I have is still good and being kept as a spare (oh and the fourth is in the engine). Thinking about buying a fifth to build the spare cases up to a running engine.

Of course this is all for my RS.

I'm amazed you can do it with a 3 ton press, Most NSR cranks take more than 3 ton to get them apart. We use a 50 Ton one!

They dont take 50 ton but they take more than 3.

If it doens't take much to press it apart best you weld the bugger back up as it wont stay true or in phase for long.
