has anyone tried to get reg papers from Japan for their NSR ?

In this country they want some kind of reg paper before you can register.

No I haven't.

Surely what the legal people need is the import certificate? No idea how you'd get the original registration papers from Japan.

Perhaps a call to Bat motorcycles or one of the other importers to the UK would help - or their equivalent in Denmark.

I need the japanese reg papers.

Aaah now I understand. I have contacted BAT motorcycles to see if they have a source in Japan.

Any other companies in UK with grey import from Japan ?

PS: forget about Denmark, there are many motorcycles here but nothing in grey imports, tuning shops etc. Everything here is done by regulations.
I couldn't even find a workshop that could remove a broken stay from a cylinder ! I only know one shop that might be able to service a NSR, but mostly do RS'es

Bat, Fastline (they still find absolute minters out there, got a beautiful mc28 right now) andDK (they import nothing but total junk) are the only big importers still left I think.
