Stock base gasket measures between 0.50 and 0.52mm

I wouldnt ever reuse a head gasket but your cylinders already cracked so no harm if it draws in some water and really kills it hey?

If you go down to Honda tomorrow they should be able to get you both parts for saturday morning.

I've reused the metal head gaskets on an NSR with no issues. The base gasket however I would not reuse.

Since the base gasket is paper, tends to stick to the cases, or cylinder and tears (unless you apply a very thin layer of assembly grease to it when installing) I would not re-use this. Even when I am doing these on my RS, I don't re-use them (and they are only on there for a couple weekends normally). THat and after using the base gasket that measures at .62, it gets compressed pretty good so it's not .62 anymore.

On the RS the top end uses double o-rings for the heads, and I tend to replace those every re-build as well.
