I see that many of you have titled NSRs in the states so I thought I'd ask if there is a preferred method/company to go with if I wanted to "legally" ride mine on the street. I do have a bill of sale from Speedwerks if that helps and all the lights/signals/etc.

I see a good write up from Chris Gallant so far. I guess I'll try and pop into the DMV first and try that. Anyone have any experience with either Virginia or Florida DMVs and NSRs?

I know some people used to get rebuild titles in Florida but I heard they don't do that any more. I could be wrong.
