Front and Rear Wheel bearings

Where can i get wheel bearings and seals from and also can anyone give me or tell me where I can find the part no's.

Charles has the part numbers listed on his website (http://www.nsr250.net/rocketracing/NSRINFO.htm) - I was able to get the front bearings from the local Honda shop.
