MC21/28 scrap cylinder wanted (England)

Hi all

Anyone have a 'scrap' MC21/28 cylinder I can have or buy cheaply? Really any condition, seized, scored etc is acceptable.

Yes, interested in any of the following cylinders really:

MC16, MC18, MC21, MC28, NSR150.

Needs to be scrap or cheap as I want to cut it in half.
