That depends.

It works out in general at about 21% of the decalred value.

Standard shipping is via EMS, and Parcelforce pick up the UK leg of the delivery. They will charge you around £16~20 for the pleasure of clearing Customs and getting the packages to your door!

My advice is to use TYGA's DHL option wherever possible, as the difference is worth it. You will get your items in just 3~4 working days, and if you do have to pay tax, DHL will invoice you direct afterwards. (No extra Parcelforce style "handling fees".)

Of course, any item declared BELOW $50 is not subject to tax, but you wouldn't go deceiving anyone would you?! Wink

Remember though, that the lower the declared value, the less the shipment will be insured for. DHL are spot on though, and highly unlikely to lose anything as they use all their own transport... planes, vans, truck, the works - no sub-contracting. Can't say the same for Royal Mail/Parcelforce! They have already lost a set of leathers, a radiator, an oil cooler, and several sets of brake lines over the last couple of years, with NO compensation. Rolling Eyes
