Hi I have got a mc16 doe's any-one have an idea why my bike loses power when I ride it. It starts up ok but when I try to ride off it keeps losing power ( Its got 2 stroke oil in the tank be side the petrol tank ) Thank you. :(

If its not misfiring, I'd start by cleaning out the carbs.

are the exhaust pipes in good condition any cracks or holes. does the oil pump work, u can check by running the engine and losening the little bolt ontop oil should come out of here showing that theres oil coming thru and make sure that the cable is working u'll see wen its not.

the bike should run without oil but not for long as it'll probly seize,

just thaught id say itsnot a good idea to have the pump pumping and oil in the tank use either one or the other. but **** best using the pump and making it one of yuor weekly checks that its working and the cables not jammed.

sounds like theres a problen with the induction system such as the carb air coming in after the carb due to damaged gasket or seal.
