Guys - can you give a bit of advice. firstly what i the likelyhood of finding a nice, clean bike in the UK? Second, what should you be paying for one? Seen an 1993 sp on jamie's site in the US for $7800 which seems expensive even for a nice bike - or is this right for a good example. Let me know.
cheers
Steve

A very good, clean MC21 sp in standard trim you could be looking at £2500 max. Up to £3500 for a heavily modified one with some tasty bits on...

You could pick up a nice one for £1500 easy if you're patient.

i got mine for £1200 but i have seen them go for 3.5k+ for a minter. But there was one that went thru ebay for 3k and it was just a wet clutch stock bike! one thing i will say try and avoid ones that have been messed with unless you know the quality of the work that has been done to it

thanks fenton - know what you mean. I would prefer and clean stock bike at good money then I can have the fun of modifying it if I want.
